AUTOMATED BILL PAYMENT |

Automated Bill Payment
is a program that allows you to pay your bills automatically
by deducting the amount of your HEA bill from your bank, credit
union, or savings and loan. This convenient and easy method
of paying your bill saves you time and worry about late payments.
There is no charge for this service and you will still receive
an HEA bill at the regular time each month, which will be plainly
marked, "DRAFT DRAWN."

AVERAGE MONTHLY PAYMENT

Now there's a way to know
ahead of time what your monthly bill will be. The Average Monthly
Payment Plan makes paying electric bills easier by removing
seasonal peaks and valleys. Your monthly payments are leveled
out so you know what to expect and how to plan your budget.
The plan is designed to average your monthly payments to avoid
those unusually high bills that occur during high usage months.
If you're a residential customer with at least 12 months of
service, you are eligible to take advantage of this plan. Your
total annual cost for electricity remains the same...but you
have the convenience of a more consistent bill each month.

INVOICE BILLING |

If you have more than one account or meter and receive two
or more electric bills monthly from HEA, we can make keeping
track of payment and due dates easier by combining them into
one bill with only one due date to remember. You won't need
to handle multiple checks and payment stubs any longer. The
program also allows you the flexibility to choose which accounts
should be grouped together if you have several. You also have
the option of splitting your accounts into more than one invoice
group if you choose.
